VIENNA, Austria — 23 December 2025 — Volunteers linked to “A Drug-Free World” Austria have expanded outreach in Vienna, speaking with young people, parents and teachers through street information stands and community events. Led locally by Gabriele Toker, a local organiser, the initiative uses “Truth About Drugs” materials to present clear information on commonly abused substances, with particular attention to cannabis, often cited as Europe’s most commonly used illicit drug. A short report is available via this Scientology Europe report.
Organisers say, the Vienna activities aim to reach teenagers early, including at large public gatherings such eu news now as the Donauinselfest, while also connecting with educators interested in classroom-ready resources. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, said: “Prevention works best when young people receive verified information early, in plain language—strengthening public health and civic responsibility.”
